Interactive scene and video training for Cross River Rail workers and train operators.
Built for Queensland Rail, the training helps staff recognise hazards and practise operational decisions before entering new tunnels and rail corridors.
What I built
I built the shared application code that runs all the training scenarios.
- Pan-able 3D scenes where learners explore the environment and identify hazards.
- Interactive videos with questions and activities during playback, including a train operator’s view.
- Shared scenario interactions for the different training modules.
One foundation for different scenarios
The same application code supports scene exploration and interactive video exercises across the training suite. The wider team created the 3D environments and media; I built the software that makes them interactive.
